Rheinisches Revier is one of western Germany’s largest former open-cast coal mining areas. The region is being redeveloped for a range of renewable energy purposes – including wind, solar and hydrogen. Additionally, it’s becoming a unique testing ground for sustainable aviation and a home to a variety of start-ups.

The region enjoys extremely generous funding from the state, federal and European level. As a result, they’re working actively to entice companies to settle in the region.

In cooperation with Zum goldenen Hirschen, my task was to support in the creation of the necessary informational materials to highlight the advantages and potential that the region offers.

Formats included a website, brochures, paid advertising and social media post with an emphasis on cross-platform cohesion and structured in such a way that interested parties can find the information most important to them with the least amount of effort.
