Schindler Holding Ltd. is a Swiss multinational company that manufactures escalators, moving walkways, and elevators and distributes them worldwide.

Within the company, I worked with Schindler Ahead, a subsidiary brand that creates a wide range of digital solutions for elevator use. Many of the solutions suddenly became extremely relevant during the COVID-19 pandemic, as they greatly improved the efficiency of elevators, which were a space that was heavily impacted by social distancing.

My task was to write a variety of materials to inform operators and maintenance crews on the benefits of these innovative solutions. Much of the content was highly technical, but at the same time, required a benefit-oriented tone that was able to encourage less technically-oriented decision-makers to purchase the products.
